The MD will be managing the closing of current deals, engaging with the team’s professionals across disciplines, manage deal flow, maintain client relationships, and generate new business. Minimum 10 years experienc running debt-side deals (including asset based, cash flow, mezzanine or structure finance), ability to manage both the internal underwriting and closing deals with lenders. Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or MBA. Willingness and ability to travel. Series 7 and 79 preferred. Series 24 a plus.
